Terms of Use

    About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at proai.co.uk (the "site"), which is operated by Pro AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12813853, registered office Cherry Burton House, Main Street, Cherry Burton, HU17 7RF. By using the site you accept these terms. They apply to the website only; the services we provide to clients are governed by the written agreement we enter into with each client.

    Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or breach anyone's rights. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected systems; introduce malicious code; scrape the site at a rate that affects its performance; or use content from the site to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without our written permission.

    Information on the site

The content on the site — including articles, case studies and descriptions of our services — is provided for general information. It is not professional advice, and we make no promise that any particular result described in a case study will be achieved for another business, because every engagement depends on that business's circumstances. Figures in case studies are the results reported for the engagement described. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions.

    Prices and offers

Any prices shown on the site are indicative starting points, exclude VAT unless stated, and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance; a contract for our services exists only when both parties sign a written agreement or we confirm an engagement in writing.

    Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and code, are owned by Pro AI Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, print or share links to pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce or republish content from the site without our written permission. "Pro AI" and the Pro AI logo are our trade marks.

    Links

The site contains links to third-party websites, including Calendly for booking meetings and our partners' sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. You may link to our pages provided you do so fairly, do not suggest an endorsement that does not exist, and do not frame our content.

    Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

    Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, or from reliance on information on it, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, data or goodwill. The site is provided "as is".

    Privacy

How we handle personal data collected through the site is set out in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.

    Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the site.
