How a platform build runs
- Automation Audit. A two-hour workshop with the people who do the work, then a written map of the process and what each fix is worth. Fixed price; the same starting point as every Pro AI engagement.
- Design around the work. Screens, roles and data flows drawn from the map, reviewed with the team who will use them before anything is built.
- Build in the open. A working version within weeks, not a reveal at the end. You see progress, and the first useful feature goes live early.
- Connect and secure. Integration with your existing systems (CRM, accounts, case or job management, email, spreadsheets), role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, UK data residency where required.
- Live, measured, supported. Typically six to eight weeks to a first working version. Once live, the platform reports usage and hours saved, and we support it under the Automation Partnership or a retainer.
