- Automation Audit first. A two-hour workshop with the people who do the work, at your premises or online, followed by a written map of where time is being lost and what each fix is worth. This is the same fixed-price audit every Pro AI engagement starts with.
- Roadmap and business case. The audit becomes a 6–12 month roadmap with costs, savings and the order of work, presented to your leadership team.
- A fixed number of days each month, agreed with you. Board meetings, supplier meetings, reviews of work in progress, and the questions that come up between them. Priced against the business case, not a rate card.
- Systems that report their own value. Anything built under the roadmap reports the hours it saves every week, so the leadership team can see whether the plan is working.
